There’s a teal, velvet couch and a thousand candles on the stage. We’re gathering in a warm, luxurious auditorium, dimly lit with the gentle hum of humans taking their seats. As we quiet down, the resonant sound of the piano turns up in volume, our hearts beating in time. The air is rich with intention and magic.
And then - we’re silent. Together. We take a collective breath.
I invite one person to join me on the couch, we sink into our most comfortable positions and dive into the deepest, truest conversation of our lives, gloriously witnessed by the room full of humans, holding the highest vision with each other, for each other.
Coaching feels like a ceremony when we hold this intention.

This is a 12 month experience for space holders. It’s most obviously suited to coaches, therapists, energy workers, healers, mothers, breathwork practitioners, birth workers, ceremonial workers and somatic practitioners.

If you’re new here, lemme tell you a little bit about who I am and what brought me here, creating this space for us to Gather together.
I’m Sammie (she/her). A coach for devoted space holders and creatives who are here to connect with their true, deep, integrity-fuelled leadership.
My entire life I’ve wanted nothing more than the world to be full of wildly honest conversations. My heart is on fire for spaces where we get to be heard, held and brave.
I have been coaching and holding sacred space for twelve years and have personally coached over a thousand people. I worked as the in-house life coach at a wellness retreat and rehabilitation centre for a few (intensive) years. I’ve run international retreats and hundreds of workshops and circles. I have taught the craft of coaching for ten years and the sacred art of holding space for seven.
Along the way I have fallen wildly-in-love with humans who choose a courageous path, who want to build a more beautiful world and are willing to enter into brave self enquiry, conversation, connection and ceremony to expand the work they're here to do.
Somewhere along the way, I noticed that the space holders whose work was truly flying - the ones doing the most meaningful, integrity-filled work and building practices that genuinely soared - were the ones who had committed to being in devotion to their craft alongside others who shared that commitment.
I know that our work expands in the most magnificent way when we surround ourselves with communities of devoted space holders.
I’ve always been enamoured by the craft of deep conversation and I've made it the art of my life. I know that I’ll be 95 years old, still fascinated by the threads of brilliance and the powerful questions that can create transformation, one conversation at a time.
I have seen time and time again how building and honing the skills of depth coaching and sacred space facilitation is where the real magic lies and what supports us to build truly life-giving and sustainable businesses.

The Gatherings
Twice monthly rich, deep mentoring + coaching sessions
Twice a month, we’ll gather for a mentoring and coaching call with the sense of being together in that lush, candlelit auditorium. We begin in August and each time we meet, we will infuse the environment with a ceremonial feel and a few people will be personally coached. There will be overarching themes for these calls to imbue a unique energy for each gathering. Whether you’re being coached or witnessing others in the room, this is an invitation into exquisite presence.
These calls are often the place where your biggest business and space holding questions are explored without you even having to ask.
Come as you are, as often as you like. You're welcome to join as many calls as suit your life - there’s absolutely no requirement to attend them all. You might find one time works best for you, or you might mix it up month to month. Gather is designed to work with the rhythm of your life. Recordings are always available the next day so you can return to anything you missed, whenever you're ready.

Yep. I work with humans all around the world! To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to join us, we have two calls per month at different times to suit different time zones.
There are two call times per month (2:30pm and 7:30pm local New Zealand time) to suit all time zones. Our first call is August 6th (NZT) and we have two calls every month. You’ll receive the exact dates of all of the calls well in advance to make sure you can book ‘em in!
You're welcome to join as many calls as you like - there’s absolutely no requirement to attend them all. You might find one time works best for you, or you might mix it up month to month. Join the calls that work with the rhythm of your life, and if life is life-ing and you miss some, that’s completely fine. Recordings will always be available for you the next day.

Each month, you will receive the upcoming theme for our call. This allows us to hold intentional parameters around the conversations. While there will be overarching topics for each call, each conversation will still go where it needs to go - we trust the magic of the moment and the mystery, after all.

I believe all coaching can feel ceremonial when we bring heightened awareness and a true sense of exquisite presence to a conversation.
I want to create this for us in a rhythmic, monthly way - together. There is a profound magic to this style of space holding and willingness to truly *be* with each other and personally, I find it to be the most transformative style of conversation and way of being with each other.
It also means we will bring sensory elements into the coaching - you may be guided to light a candle if that is accessible to you, we may have music as we begin a call and we always (always!) have space to ground in to our shared environment.

Gather is designed to work with the rhythm of your unique life.
Each month there are two calls (up to three hours of live time together), a masterclass of around thirty minutes to listen into in your own time and a Q&A for you to listen back to whenever it suits.
Seasonally (every quarter), there are rituals sent your way and you can tune into these when it feels right for you.
In reality, you get to choose how much of this you show up for. Consider it a buffet of space holding goodness that you can choose from! Come to both calls each month or just one. Listen to the masterclass on a walk. Save the Q&A for a cosy Sunday morning. There is no requirement, no keeping up and absolutely no such thing as being behind.
If you gave Gather a few intentional hours a month, you'd be receiving the full experience. And on the months where life is life-ing and you catch the recordings from the couch at 10pm - that counts too!
